One of the most important factors when buying
a newly-built home is having trust and confidence in the
developer you choose. At Mansard Homes, customer service
doesn’t stop once you’ve moved in. Our customer
care team will provide you with any help or assistance you
may need during the first two years in your new home.
We help our customers with the moving-in process, providing
detailed instructions, personal and written, as to how to
operate all the appliances and systems in their new home.
The Mansard Homes warranty lasts for two years from the
legal completion of the sale. The warranty covers everything
supplied by Mansard as part of your new home and for all
defects caused by faulty workmanship or materials.
In common with many reputable new home developers we issue
a National House Building Council (NHBC) Buildmark Warranty,
which insures you against major damage to the structure
of your home for ten years. The warranty provides a structural
guarantee against major damage to the building caused by
subsidence, settlement or heave of the sub soil and defects
or damage. Full details are included in your NHBC booklet
which we will give to you when you move in.
