Our approach to land acquisition is simple, professional and quick:

a) Initial meeting - This informal meeting is without obligation by either party. It allows us to identify the basic development constraints, such as trees, highways or adjoining properties and discuss any particular sensitivity such as ownership, employees or neighbours.
b) Development Study - Our in house team will prepare a bespoke design solution, appropriate to and in keeping with the location, one that maximises the development potential, whist balancing the requirements of the planning authority. c) Financial appraisal - The land team will cost the draft proposal.
This will result in a formal offer, based on a designed scheme which has been professionally prepared. The offer will have been sanctioned by the Mansard board and is an offer that is sustainable and can be relied upon. |
