Environment - A responsible attitude

We are a responsible and ecologically aware company and particularly concerned that our developments should have minimal environmental impact. Our homes are designed to minimise energy consumption building over and above the requirements of the Building Regulations and reducing Carbon Dioxide emissions wherever possible. We ensure our developments actively contribute towards the environment of the surrounding area through the conservation of wildlife, the protection of mature trees and the planting of new landscaping sympathetic to its surroundings.

Tomorrow the need to protect the environment will be ever more important. In particular, Mansard is trying to counter the increasing burden on energy supply through the introduction, where appropriate, of renewable energy solutions such as solar and wind technology. The construction of innovative drainage designs will also recycle grey water from our new homes for owners to use in their gardens. This will contribute to preserving our valuable water resources. Such solutions will be standard components of our construction process.
